There are a lot of people fascinated with the increase in their pectoral muscles. This is the reason why you need to look into the genetics and find out the perfect body shape that would be best suited for you, and stick to it. If it does not have the capability of a lot of pectoral muscles, then there is no use going for it.
Above all, try and maintain a proper diet and only go for food that is extremely rich in proteins and carbohydrates. The pectoral muscles can get fatigued very easily, and unless you are getting proper nutrition from the best sources possible, you would not be able to get rid of the lactic acid which has been building up in your body. The nervous system will also relieve the pain you feel from your pectoral muscles very easily if it does not get proper nourishment.
